Don't reinvent the wheel
Humans work together in teams forever. But every time an organization reaches a certain size leaders and owners try to come up with something better.
This results in lots of nonsense.
People read half-way through books like Team Topologies, Reinventing Organizations, Agile Organization Development, and others, and think it's a good idea to mix them all up and "taking the best from them" without having any evidence and experience in what works - and what doesn't.
Don't get me wrong, it's good to experiment, but not at this critical stage when you want things to work and when there are noble solutions that solve all your problems.
Instead of coming up with fancy solutions take what works for thousands of years: simple hierarchy. Humans and animals are wired to function in hierarchies.
So to keep it simple, focus on small teams (+-7 people), single-threaded leaders (focusing on one topic) and listen to people having done this stuff before.
And no, your team is not different, special, or unique.
